Sermon Notes:-
Hallelujah. Theme: A Race with God (Gen 6:7-8). And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth: both man, and beast, and the creeping thing and the fowls of the air: for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
I therefore welcome you to this month of uncommon grace and supernatural race with God. Walking with men can be wearing but with God is glaring. Therefore, I'm excited to announce your glaring season.
Every promotion demands new obligation. Instructions are guides against destructions. For the moments of our setback and penury were the seasons of disobedience. Therefore, be keen to clearly hear before actions.
"And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left" (Isaiah 30:21). Be detailed and confident; your last miracle can't be compared with this later victory.
Above all, a closer walk with God is your insurance to this later rain of God's grace in all matters of life. Daily study in God's word washes any man and reveals God's mind concerning him. "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word" (Psalms 119:9).
"Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee" (Psalms 119:11). This race demands purity by the power in the word.
Prayers
- Father, by your loving kindness, wash me by thy blood and keep me to yourself.
- In all situations, help me to daily lean on you and give me the grace to keep your word ever in my heart.
- Father please, make me ever fervent for you.
The Lord said it is your month and season for records. God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Num. 23:19).
God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth to him (Psalms 62:11). The Lord will not destroy you, but he will show you mercy and grace, in Jesus name. Amen. Be still. Forever oh Lord thy word is settled in heaven (Psalm 119:89). Jesus never fails. Remain Lifted.
